The Biostile Protex Complet treatment is used for 30 days to achieve the desired results. In the meantime, it’s a good idea to change your eating habits to help your treatment succeed. Try to avoid white flour, white pasta, sugar, white rice, milk and dairy products, and sweet fruits.
Eat more vegetables, protein, fish and lean meats. Also avoid alcoholic and sugary drinks.

Directions for use: Every morning before breakfast, dissolve a bag of fiber in 2.5 dcl of iced tea. Take capsules before each meal (three times a day),
if possible with tea. Drink 2 liters of tea a day (1 tea bag per 2 liters of water) to achieve the desired results. Do not sweeten the tea, but if you have to, use honey.

Additional information: Protex Complet should be performed twice a year for long-term results. In spring and early fall, there are periods that are best for using these products, but of course, you can use them as needed. It is important that you have a break of at least two months between the two Protex kits.
