What is in one sachet?
- Bovine collagen types I, II and III – the main source of collagen peptides in the product (5,600 mg in total).
- Fish collagen type I – 3,000 mg of marine collagen.
- Chicken collagen type II and eggshell membrane – two further sources that complete the six types and sources of collagen.
- Hyaluronic acid – 50 mg of sodium hyaluronate.
- Vitamin C from rose hip – 50 mg (63 % NRV). Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth.
- Plant ingredients – turmeric root extract (standardised to 95 % curcuminoids), shilajit and bamboo shoot extract as a natural source of silicon.

How to use
