Dissolve 1 sachet in about 400 ml of water. Before exercise you can use 2 sachets dissolved in 600–800 ml of water, half an hour before training.

Maltodextrin, glucose monohydrate, magnesium malate, coconut water (Cocos nucifera), natural flavourings, sodium chloride, monopotassium phosphate, VINITROX™ (apple and grape polyphenols), guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana, min. 4 % caffeine), acidity regulator (citric acid), beetroot colour concentrate, green tea leaf extract (min. 40 % L-theanine), sweetener (sucralose), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), BioPerine® (black pepper fruit extract, min. 95 % piperine), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), potassium iodide, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
