PectiChole is an apple-flavoured powdered drink that combines 6 g of pectin, five other types of fibre and choline in one sachet – more than 9 g of fibre from six sources. Adult dietary guidelines recommend 25–30 g of fibre a day, and most people eat considerably less.

How to use

First days: start with half a sachet a day so that your digestion gets used to more fibre. Daily use: 1 sachet a day (6 g pectin). In an energy-restricted diet: 2 sachets a day divided into three doses (2/3 of a sachet before each main meal). Stir into a glass of water and drink immediately.

Pectin, glucomannan from konjac root (Amorphophallus konjac), chicory inulin (Cichorium intybus), apple fibre, L-choline bitartrate, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), galactooligosaccharides (GOS), natural flavourings, acidity regulator (citric acid), sweetener (sucralose).
