MicroTotal Complet Biostile contain at least 13 billion microbial cultures from nine different strains, which help establish a healthy balance of bacteria in the gut.

In addition to the probiotic strains, the MicroTotal Complet Biostile contains inulin from chicory and amino acid L-glutamine, which may help support the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut and improve gut health. What is the INTESTINAL MICROBIOTA?

The intestinal microbiota refers to the complex community of microorganisms that inhabit the gastrointestinal tract, particularly the small and large intestines. These microorganisms interact with each other and with their host in a complex and dynamic manner.

MicroTotal Complete is probiotic supplement that contains a blend of bacterial cultures, including at least 13 billion colony-forming units (CFUs) in the total daily dose. The supplement is made up of nine different microbial strains, which are divided into two formulas.

The balance of the intestinal microbiota can be established by introducing beneficial bacteria

SPORULATING BACTERIA, rod-shaped bacteria typical of the genus Bacillus. The most important of them is Bacillus subtilis. These bacteria do not contain live strains of the bacillus, but only its spores, which are resistant to external factors (digestive enzymes, stomach acid, heat).

COMMON BENEFICIAL BACTERIA that do not form spores: Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium. Lactobacillus and bifidobacteria strains have been shown to be the most effective for digesting dairy foods, fats and carbohydrates, and other hard-to-digest foods. Sporulating bacteria and bacteria that do not form spores cannot replace each other, as they perform different functions in the intestine. Therefore, for the desired effect, the combination of one and the other bacteria is crucial.

Recommended dosage 

Formula 1: one capsule per day (1×1); at breakfast, with a glass of water.

Formula 2: one capsule per day (1×1); at lunch, with a glass of water.
