The Hair.O set brings together the three parts of the Hair.O routine: capsules taken daily, a leave-in serum for the scalp and a shampoo for washing. You pay for the capsules and the serum – the shampoo is free.

2 capsules a day with a meal: the first in the morning, the second at midday. Regular use for at least 3 months is recommended.

Recommended use
Wet hair and scalp thoroughly with lukewarm water. Apply a small amount to the palm and spread over the scalp. Massage gently with your fingertips to create a lather, then work it through the lengths. Rinse thoroughly.

Recommended use
Use twice a day, e.g. morning and evening. Part the hair and apply the serum with the dropper directly onto the scalp so that it reaches the skin, not just the hair. Massage gently with your fingertips. Do not rinse.
